Most applications are claimed and reviewed within 24 to 48 hours. Once submitted, your application enters the Staff Jobs Manager queue where recruitment leads inspect your responses. You can monitor live progress on your My Applications portal.
Once a staff member claims your application, they can message you directly through the web portal to ask clarifying questions, request portfolio details, or schedule your Discord voice interview. You will see their messages in My Applications and can reply directly in real-time, including uploading attachments or screenshots.
We recommend focusing on one primary position that best matches your core skills and availability. However, if you possess dual skills (for instance, Player Support and Car Development), you may submit an application for both departments. Please ensure each application is tailored specifically to that role.
Technical roles require a demonstrated portfolio of prior work:
- Core Developer: GitHub links, public or private scripts, and an understanding of client optimization (target resmon < 0.05ms).
- Car Developer: Screenshots or video showcases of GTA V / FiveM vehicles, handling setups, and Non-ELS/ELS lighting configurations.
- Clothing Developer: Examples of 3D models, textures, and EUP packs created in Blender, ZModeler3, or Photoshop.
If your application is declined, our recruitment team will provide constructive feedback explaining the reasons for the decision in your application thread. You will be subject to a 14-day reapplication cooldown, during which you are encouraged to remain active, demonstrate positive community standing, and refine your answers.
Yes! We believe active roleplay keeps our staff grounded and connected to community needs. Staff members may enjoy normal roleplay scenes (police, NHS, legal businesses, criminal gangs) provided they adhere strictly to our strict anti-abuse and anti-metagaming protocols. When on staff duty, staff perms must never be leveraged for in-game advantage.
Upon passing your voice interview, you will enter a 2-week Trial Staff period. During trial, you will receive 1-on-1 mentorship, complete guided tickets and sit-ins, and receive continuous feedback from Senior Staff before graduating to a full staff rank.
