Role Overview
Administrators represent the senior pillar of authority and leadership on Project Eclipse. You manage lower staff ranks, handle sensitive community investigations, process complex ban appeals, audit staff performance, and ensure policy enforcement remains fair and transparent.
Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)
- ◆ Lead and mentor Community Moderators, Support, and Game Moderators.
- ◆ Review and adjudicate complex player ban appeals and staff misconduct complaints.
- ◆ Manage server whitelists, Discord permissions, and staff panel administrative tools.
- ◆ Conduct regular staff meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- ◆ Work alongside Executive Management to plan server wipes, rule revisions, and community initiatives.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- ✔ Minimum age of 18 years old.
- ✔ Substantial past leadership or administrative experience in major FiveM communities.
- ✔ Impeccable reputation, maturity, and emotional intelligence.
- ✔ Exceptional conflict-resolution, decision-making, and communication skills.
- ✔ High weekly availability and dedication to long-term server growth.
