Community Manager
Drive community spirit, host landmark server events, engage streamers, and amplify player voices.
Role Overview
The Community Manager is the public champion of our player base. You organize exciting weekly server events (car meets, community tournaments, charity galas), interface with content creators and streamers, coordinate giveaways, and gather player feedback to keep the city vibrant.
Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)
- ◆ Plan, announce, and execute weekly community and in-game server events.
- ◆ Liaise with featured streamers and content creators to support their roleplay stories and streams.
- ◆ Manage official community polls, suggestion reviews, and community town hall meetings.
- ◆ Coordinate community giveaways, social media highlights, and media showcases.
- ◆ Serve as the bridge between the general player base and server management.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- ✔ Minimum age of 18 years old.
- ✔ Energetic, creative personality with a passion for gaming communities.
- ✔ Proven track record in community management, social media, or event planning.
- ✔ Excellent public speaking and written presentation skills.
- ✔ Ability to organize large groups and coordinate multi-faction in-game events.
